{"id":3701,"date":"2021-07-14T12:28:07","date_gmt":"2021-07-14T12:28:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sauditechnologies.sa\/?post_type=awsm_sauditech_jobs&#038;p=3701"},"modified":"2021-07-14T12:28:14","modified_gmt":"2021-07-14T12:28:14","slug":"junior-mid-php-developer","status":"publish","type":"awsm_sauditech_jobs","link":"https:\/\/sauditechnologies.sa\/ar\/sauditech-jobs\/junior-mid-php-developer\/","title":{"rendered":"Junior-Mid PHP Developer"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<div>Web Designer &#8211; Front End Developer<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div><b>What you&#8217;ll do<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Our mission is to build a simple, engaging, joined-up and personalised digital experience of the University for everyone.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>You will be a valued member of an experienced and supportive team of digital professionals within an innovative, creative and fast-paced unit.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>You will play a key role in delivering a wide range of digital projects and services including best-in-class web applications with a laser focus on user experience, speed, conversion and continuous improvements.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Our web front-end is going through an exciting transformation, evolving its Design System and WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, establishing a solid foundation on which more functionalities can be built to meet our user&#8217;s needs.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>You will: &#8211;<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>work collaboratively with clients across the university and lead on an extensive range of critical projects to support the achievement of Ulster&#8217;s strategic goals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>develop websites for a variety of applications including start-ups, events, restaurants, theatres, gaming studios, to name but a few<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>build accessible interfaces for web services to satisfy a variety of user needs, taking responsibility for the quality of code you produce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>create interfaces that are performant and based on user needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>test and support systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>share knowledge of tools and techniques with your team (both developers and non-developers)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Join our team to transform our approach to web development in a drive of digital transformation that will empower our students and staff to innovate, collaborate, inspire and grow.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>Who you are<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>We&#8217;re interested in people who have:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>experience in front-end development, with detailed knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>experience in building robust and accessible interfaces that work for as many users as possible, regardless of their needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>an understanding of front-end web performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>ability to quickly research and learn new programming tools and techniques<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>a systematic approach to solving problems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>experience in using testing to validate solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>an understanding of agile environments and version control<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>basic understanding of web security<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>an awareness of technologies used for web applications, e.g. HTTPS, JSON and CDNs, and of Unix-like operating systems, e.g. Linux and\/or Mac OS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>Your benefits<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>You will gain access to a wide range of employee benefits including flexible working, 21% employer pension contribution, generous holidays, Apple equipment, access to paid-for further study, sports access and so much more.
