Due to further growth in the business, we are now looking to hire a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing company. This recruitment phase almost doubling the R&amp;D team in the last year.<\/p>\n<p><b>Position:<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop and execute performance test strategies and plans<\/li>\n<li>Research, define and implement performance management practices<\/li>\n<li>Identify, record, document, and track performance issues<\/li>\n<li>Monitor manual and automated performance tests including analysis, scalability, and application profiling<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with DevOps and development to produce performance dashboards across all products<\/li>\n<li>Design, develop and produce application performance reports to leads and senior management<\/li>\n<li>Drive efficiency, quality, and performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements:<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Knowledge and Skills<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Essential<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in a commercial testing role in Web based environments<\/li>\n<li>Experience and detailed knowledge of non-functional testing<\/li>\n<li>Ability to apply, design and develop performance testing strategies and roadmaps<\/li>\n<li>Experience with performance, load and stress test creation from scratch (JMeter etc)<\/li>\n<li>Creating and maintaining performance monitoring, metrics, and reports<\/li>\n<li>Experience in SQL scripting and data visualisation tools<\/li>\n<li>Ability to report to team leads and senior management<\/li>\n<li>Ability to assess performance of products, highlighting improvements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Desirable<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in creating and implementing test automation from scratch (Python, Cypress)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of UI testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Google Analytics &amp; Google Tag Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Behaviour<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Essential<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Approachable<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a team or on your own<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates initiative<\/li>\n<li>Proactive approach to work<\/li>\n<li>Ability to promote quality throughout the company<\/li>\n<li>Ability to deliver uncompromised quality during tight deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Other information:<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Benefits &amp; Rewards<\/b><br \/>\nWe employ the brightest and most original thinkers in our industry.
